In a groundbreaking partnership with Felix Capital, IHG is set to unveil the Holiday Inn & Suites Caloundra Sunshine Coast in early 2028. This striking new hotel will be nestled in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, overlooking the pristine beaches and charming coastal town of Caloundra.
The Holiday Inn & Suites Caloundra Sunshine Coast will be a 160-room marvel, boasting 33 luxurious suites and embodying all the signature features of the Holiday Inn brand. From its inviting open lobby to its all-day dining restaurant and lobby cafe, from its state-of-the-art meeting spaces to its well-equipped fitness centre and outdoor pool, every aspect of this hotel is designed to offer guests an unforgettable experience.
One of the highlights of this new establishment will undoubtedly be its rooftop restaurant and sky bar, offering guests breathtaking views of Caloundra while they indulge in delectable cuisine and refreshing drinks.
