Construction commences for the new Quest Southport
The $50 million venture will feature a 10-storey building comprising 90 modern units, a state-of-the-art gym and a luxurious rooftop pool
Quest Apartment Hotels, a member of The Ascott Limited,has announced the commencement of construction for the new Quest Southport, located on the stunning Gold Coast in southeast Queensland.

James Shields, General Manager, Growth and Capital Strategy for The Ascott Limited Australia said: “This development forms an integral part of our expansion strategy in Queensland, and more broadly across Australia.
We are also pleased to announce that with the commencement of Quest Southport, Ascott Australia has 10 properties and approximately 850 apartments under development across three brands and four states. We expect to announce further signings and properties commencing construction during Q3 2024.”
The Start of Development (SOD) turning ceremony of Quest Southport took place recently, celebrating the beginning of this exciting venture. Westpoint Constructions and ADCO Constructions are managing the build, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
