Discover The EVE Hotel and its very distinctive aesthetic
Redfern’s vibrant Wunderlich Lane lifestyle precinct welcomes an exciting new addition with the grand opening of The EVE Hotel Sydney, a boutique luxury hotel that blends bold design with elevated hospitality.
When it officially opened its doors on February 13, 2025, The EVE revealed a contemporary retreat for art, culture, and design enthusiasts. The hotel’s distinctive aesthetic, inspired by Sydney itself, showcases local talent such as renowned designer Henry Wilson, whose sculptural lighting adds an artistic touch to the space.

General Manager Ben Mellor emphasised The EVE’s commitment to offering an authentic Sydney experience, celebrating local architects, designers, and artisans.
“The EVE is more than just a hotel stay – it’s a destination where guests can immerse themselves in Sydney’s rich cultural scene with personalised hospitality,” Mellor said. “We are thrilled to open our doors and welcome our first guests to Wunderlich Lane and The EVE.”
Designed by an acclaimed team including Adam Haddow (SJB), Daniel Baffsky (360 Degrees), and George Livissianis, The EVE offers a seamless transition between serene private spaces and vibrant communal areas.

The hotel features curated artwork from Sydney artist Louise Olsen and Australian artist Tarryn Gill, enhancing its sophisticated ambience.
Among The EVE’s many highlights are an art-filled interior, a rooftop garden with a 20-metre pool, and luxurious in-room amenities by Australian brand Saardé. Guests can enjoy the best of Sydney while indulging in comfort and elegance.

The EVE boasts 102 guest rooms adorned in an Australian-inspired palette of eucalyptus or red clay tones, blending nature with modern luxury.

As an independently owned property managed by TFE Hotels, The EVE offers a unique and unforgettable Sydney experience.
