Interview with Industry leader Jason Vogler Ras360° Property Solutions

AccomNews caught up with Jason Vogler to discuss how he is applying his accommodation and hospitality expertise at Ras360

In a major industry move, one of Australia’s largest management rights specialists, Ras360, welcomed Jason Vogler as a Senior Broker. For the latest edition of AccomNews, I sat down with Jason to discuss how he is bringing his expertise in accommodation and hospitality assets across Queensland and New South Wales.

With a track record of $120 million in sales across 34 deals in just 18 months, Jason is one of Australia’s most respected brokers in the sector. His career spans owning and managing motels, overseeing high-profile transactions, and delivering market-leading insights. Now, he’s ready to shape his own success at Ras360, as the company expands its footprint in hotels, motels, pubs, and caravan parks.

Jason, congratulations on joining Ras360° Property Solutions. What inspired this move?

Thank you. After several successful years at ResortBrokers, where I facilitated around 80 transactions totalling $120 million, I was ready for a new challenge. Ras360’s rebranding and expansion into the accommodation sector align perfectly with my aspirations. The opportunity to take on a senior role and shape my own success within this fast-growing company was a key motivator.

Ras360 has undergone significant changes recently. Can you elaborate on the company’s direction and vision?

Absolutely. Ras360 rebranded to reflect its evolution over the past 21 years. The company is now expanding its services to include the sale of hotels, motels, pubs, and caravan parks. It’s the buzz company in the industry right now, and I wanted to be part of that excitement.

In this senior role, I’ve been given the flexibility to shape my own success, which is really important to me. Over the past six to nine months, the company has rapidly grown its team. This strategic move aims to offer holistic property solutions, catering to a broader spectrum of the accommodation industry, and I’m excited to contribute to that success.

You’ve had a distinguished career in brokerage. Could you share some notable experiences?

While big transactions often grab attention, the deals where I’ve built strong friendships with vendors resonate the most. It’s this rapport that helps me navigate challenging transactions through to settlement. Guiding tough deals through rigorous due diligence has been incredibly rewarding.

What do you find most fulfilling about your role?

Building relationships and guiding clients through critical decisions is immensely satisfying. Having owned and operated motels myself, I understand the challenges and rewards, which allows me to provide tailored advice that helps clients achieve their goals.

How do you see yourself contributing to Ras360’s growth?

My focus is on leveraging my industry expertise and network to drive Ras360’s expansion into new markets. By identifying emerging opportunities and building strong client relationships, I aim to help establish Ras360 as a leader in the accommodation property sector.
