Hosted by Caravan Industry Association of Australia (CIAA), this annual event is the industry’s largest and most influential gathering, drawing together hundreds of operators, manufacturers, suppliers, and policymakers.
Following a record-breaking turnout in 2024, this year’s event is expected to welcome over 1200 delegates, more than 100 exhibitors, and feature three lively social events—making it the most expansive and energising edition yet.

This year’s theme centres on leadership, innovation, and resilience, with a powerhouse program of keynote speakers, masterclasses, breakout sessions, and panel discussions.
A standout feature will be the much-anticipated State of the Industry report, alongside a deep dive into international market insights and consumer trends shaping the $27 billion caravanning and camping sector.

This year’s National Conference Gala Dinner will also set the stage for the highly anticipated 2025 Caravan Industry Awards, which honour the trailblazers, innovators, and rising stars shaping the future of the industry.
Two prestigious awards will headline the evening:
1. The thl – Future Leaders Award recognises outstanding individuals under 40 who are making significant contributions to the sector.
