Agilysys unveils wave of AI-powered hospitality tools at Inspire 2026 conference
Driven by its guestsense.ai strategy, these new intelligent features are transforming how hospitality harnesses the power of AI.
Hospitality technology provider Agilysys has unveiled more than 30 new AI-powered features and software modules designed to help accommodation operators improve guest engagement, streamline operations and unlock new revenue opportunities.
The announcements were made during the company’s INSPIRE Technology User Conference, held April 20-23, 2026, where attendance reportedly increased by 26 percent year-on-year as operators looked to better understand how artificial intelligence is being applied in practical hospitality settings.

The newly announced capabilities form part of Agilysys’ broader guestsense.ai strategy, which focuses on embedding AI into core hospitality systems rather than treating it as a standalone add-on.
Many of the features are expected to begin rolling out to selected customer sites within the next 90 days. The company said the developments are designed to tackle common operational challenges including fragmented guest data, manual woekflows, outdated interfaces and missed revenue opportunities.
Among the new features is Conversational Reservations with One-Cart, which allows guests to book rooms, dining, spa treatments, golf and activities within a single transaction. Additional tools such as Guest Insights and Guest Pulse are designed to build more detailed guest profiles using real-time preference and sentiment signals.
Agilysys also introduced AI-powered itinerary planning tools designed to help guests build personalised stay packages while encouraging greater onsite spending.
The company’s latest developments are centred around four AI focus areas: multi-modal user experiences, hyper-personalisation, agentic process automation and revenue intelligence.
Frank Pitsikalis, SVP Product Strategy and CMO at Agilysys, said the new releases demonstrate how AI is becoming more deeply embedded in hospitality operations.
“These developments mark a significant leap in the hospitality industry’s ability to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations through AI,” he said.
The conference also included previews of two new AI-native modules currently under development: a Revenue Intelligence platform and a next-generation central reservations system (CRS). The tools are expected to help operators better connect pricing, inventory and demand signals throughout the guest journey.
Industry attendees at the conference suggested the announcements reflect a broader shift from AI experimentation to operational implementation.
Mark Hoare, Partner at Prism Hospitality Consulting, said: “The features unveiled by Agilysys show how AI has become operationally real – embedded across the core systems that run a property, allowing teams to act faster, reduce friction and deliver personalised service at scale.”
Jeremy McCarthy, Founder of Leisure Alchemy, described the technology shift as immediate rather than future-focused.
“AI is here and now,” he said.
“It is happening now, with agentic tools already being embedded into platforms and touchpoints across the guest and user journey.”
Agilysys provides hospitality software solutions spanning property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale systems, food and beverage inventory management and guest engagement platforms, servicing hotels, resorts, casinos, cruise lines and accommodation groups globally.
