Still recruiting for key roles as hotel gears up for spring opening with dynamic new leadership team
As anticipation builds for the spring debut of 25hours Hotel The Olympia, the brand’s first foray into the Australian market, preparations are well underway to assemble the 130-strong team that will shape the guest experience at this eclectic new property in Sydney.
General Manager Jeremy Colahan says the hotel will embody the bold, free-spirited energy that defines the 25hours brand:

Key roles still being recruited include Night Manager, Duty Manager, Head Chef, Chef de Partie, Chief Steward, and others.

Meet the Executive Team:

Christina Ng Lam – Director of People & Culture
Formerly with W Sydney and W Brisbane, Christina brings deep expertise in large-scale hotel launches and team development.
At 25hours, she will foster an inclusive, values-driven culture that supports individuality and attracts top-tier talent.

Sophie Meng – Commercial Director
Sophie joins from W Sydney, where she led Sales & Distribution.
With global experience at Langham Hospitality Group, she will guide the hotel’s strategic positioning, partnerships, and revenue performance.

Marion Guillermet – Director of Revenue
Previously Portfolio Revenue Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Marion brings sharp market analysis and forecasting skills to the role. She will shape pricing and performance strategies to ensure a strong market entry and long-term success.

Eva Zheng – Director of Finance
With financial leadership experience at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, Eva brings a deep understanding of lifestyle hotel operations. She will oversee all financial governance and strategy at The Olympia.

Rajiv Vanniasinkam – Director of Food & Beverage
Rajiv has led standout food and beverage programs at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth and Ace Hotel Sydney. At 25hours, he will curate a vibrant, hyper-local dining experience that resonates with guests and locals alike.
