Adelaide's flagship hotel reveals multi-million dollar new look, with Peppers Family Suites & assortment of exciting guest offerings
Accor has revealed an extraordinary transformative renovation of its 202-room flagship Adelaide hotel. With 17 floors of luxuriously reappointed guestrooms, as well as the addition of two new luxury suites and two dedicated family rooms.
In addition to the guestroom refresh, Peppers Waymouth Adelaide has added a new restaurant – TUTTO Cucina + Bar – with an open kitchen and wine cellar to its ground floor, plus a new high-end private dining room, boardroom, guest library lounge and enhanced conference rooms located on level one of the hotel.

The hotel’s multi-million dollar refurbishment coincides with and is complemented by, a similar investment by Adelaide City Council to beautify the urban environment surrounding the hotel.

Each guestroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, an opulent interior design with influences of European grandeur, full Italian marble bathrooms, quality fittings, extensive use of fabrics, and bespoke furniture pieces. The hotel’s premium room types have also been redesigned to include a luxurious open-plan bathroom with a deep bath and walk-in shower.
The two new ‘Bentham Suites’ on level 18 boast a spacious and well-appointed bedroom/bathroom/robe concept, a separate living dining area, a workspace, a fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and captivating views of the city and Adelaide Hills.
The hotel’s new Peppers Family Suites feature two separate spaces with king-size beds (which are convertible to four single beds), a full marble bathroom with bath and separate shower, a workstation, plus the convenience of a microwave, dining table, and two flat-screen TVs.
The hotel’s reimagined restaurant, TUTTO Cucina + Bar, serves up traditional and modern home-styled Italian classics with a nod to the much-loved retro Italian staples of the past. The restaurant aims to take diners on a trip down memory lane with fresh daily made signature pasta dishes prepared with a twist, such as cheeses done three ways in the carbonara rigatoni, and other reimagined classics like fig, gorgonzola and truffle honey bruschetta, as well as a show-stopper “TUTTO” misu dessert. Guests can also sample the local and Italian collection of wines, classic crafted beers, cocktails and spirits at TUTTO Bar. Or, for a more intimate affair, the hotel’s stunning private dining cellar is perfect for celebrations and corporate events for up to 18 guests.
The Peppers Waymouth Adelaide refit also includes the hotel’s conference rooms, which are now contemporary spaces with the latest guest-friendly technology for 20 to 120 guests.
