Cam Northway is Managing Director of Sweet&Chilli APAC and founder and director of Beverly Rooftop in Melbourne. He has more than two decades of experience across hospitality, drinks strategy, brand experience and venue development. Cam previously co-owned Rocker Bondi which was sold in 2025. His current work spans Sweet&Chilli, Beverly Rooftop and Drinks Provisionist.
