Three months ago, Graeme and Heather François decided on a career change that included a country change for that matter.
They were living in Napier, New Zealand. Graeme was employed by British American Tobacco as a contract vending machine merchandiser/technician and Heather was working as an office administrator at an aged care complex. With three of their children already living in Australia, Heather and Graeme wanted to be close to them and they had always desired living on the Gold Coast, operating their own business.
