Boutique apartments for Main Beach
A 24-level boutique luxury high-rise building on the Gold Coast’s Main Beach has been given preliminary approval by the Gold Coast City Council.
Developer Stratos plans a 36-apartment block with two suites per floor between levels 2-16 and one apartment each on the final five floors.
Stratos, headed by Brisbane couple Diana and Efstratios Kaskaba, said the as yet-to-be-named complex would include a gym, barbecue and pool area on the ground floor, along with two levels for basement car parking with a private car lift.
The complex will be built on a site currently occupied by two ageing two-storey unit complexes.
