JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa’s General Manager, Ravinder Dhesi said: “We’re so pleased to have the opportunity to direct our guests to visit the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and support the exceptional and important work that the Wildlife Hospital does.”

In 2020 the hospital saw over 13,800 animals, including over 600 Koalas, admitted into the hospital – treating, rehabilitating and nursing injured and orphaned wildlife due to severe drought and intensifying bushfires in the surrounding areas.

“Our native wildlife is one of the many reasons why tourists visit our beautiful country, and it is all of our responsibility to help protect our incredible wildlife,” Dhesi concludes.
