GCP Hospitality introduces a new 'lifestyle' accom concept for younger travellers

Capitalising on what it says is the growth of a new travel market combining work and leisure travel, popular among young professionals and digital nomads, GCP Hospitality has announced the launch of Together Co-Living in Melbourne.

A hospitality solution designed for younger travellers seeking diverse travel accommodation options aligned with their lifestyle, Together Co-Living specialises in accommodation offerings that cater to seeking  more space and residential amenities while on longer vacations or work trips.

Located in the inner-city suburb of Preston at 205 Bell Street, Together Co-Living’s  design-driven site features 455 rooms across five room categories, all fully furnished and equipped with storage areas, an ensuite, smart TVs, a microwaves, kettles and bar fridges.

Guests also enjoy access to onsite amenities including co-working areas, meeting rooms, a fully equipped 230 sqm gym, an outdoor heated pool, laundry room, parking space and sports court.

Dining options are available at the on-site licensed restaurant, The Yard Eatery & Swim Club.

Together Co-Living is located within a short distance of the Melbourne CBD as well as Melbourne Airport and universities, with direct access to buses, tram and train lines, connecting residents to key working and shopping precincts.

GCP Hospitality’s first foray into the Australian market was in 2018 when it launched Campus Perth, a  student co-living hub in the Western Australian capital’s CBD.

GCP Hospitality CEO, Erwann Mahe said the company  has an enviable track record globally for creating hospitality solutions that fill in a market gap, from lifestyle hotels and modern serviced apartments to co-living concepts.
