City Oasis Inn, located in Townsville, has officially transitioned to BWH Hotels’ SureStay Collection, a global portfolio of soft brand hotels renowned for quality and individuality.

After some thoughtful enhancements to elevate the guest experience while preserving the property’s rich history, the sanctuary-inspired landmark now embodies the SureStay Collection’s hallmark blend of unique spirit and personalised service.

Located at 143 Wills Street, just 900 metres from the 25,000-capacity Queensland Country Bank Stadium, City Oasis Inn features an array of accommodation options, including pet-friendly rooms, kitchenettes, and a beautifully restored two-bedroom Miners Cottage dating back to the 1880s.
Guests can enjoy the hotel’s lagoon-style swimming pool, the City Oasis Café, lush tropical gardens, and gym access—all within proximity to the Townsville CBD, The Strand, Castle Hill, and the iconic Magnetic Island.
