Meriton to build Zetland complex

Meriton has unveiled plans for a 220-apartment development in Zetland in Sydney. The Allen Jack + Cottier design will encompass four buildings with the largest at 10 storeys.

The Allen Jack + Cottier design will encompass four buildings with a top height of 10 storeys. Meriton is expected to launch a development application for the Epsom Road site purchased in March this year for $47.5 million in two months time with the aim of completing the project by late-2016 or early-2017.
