Situated on the picturesque New South Wales Central Coast, Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific emerged as the standout winner, impressing the MEA judges with its unwavering dedication to delivering outstanding events through 2021 and 2022, a period that was characterised by industry challenges, including staffing shortages and COVID-enforced lockdowns.

The MEA award is a significant milestone for Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific, reinforcing its reputation as one of the country’s premier destination hotels for meetings and events. Its success follows a period of investment in its facilities, including a $3 million refurbishment of all conference and event facilities in September 2019 and a $4 million refurbishment of the ground floor beachfront venue, Terrigal Beach House, redesigned by Design Madgwick and completed in January 2021.
