The completion of this ownership transition bolsters the balance sheet of Sunito’s One Global Capital property development enterprise by an impressive $120 million. This transaction, part of an asset swap with former business partner Paul Sathio, reflects Sunito’s strategic vision for his property portfolio.

The newly rebranded One Global Resorts property at Green Square is set to become a premier destination, uniquely accessible by train, making it the only hotel outside the airport with dedicated train station access.
