The recent renovation has brought a fresh and modern look to the hotel. The forecourt and reception area have been completely transformed, providing guests with a warm welcome. The hotel lobby exudes a contemporary charm, adorned with natural textures and stylish elements of brass and copper, leading into a beautifully appointed executive club lounge.

Pullman Hotel Auckland, operated by world-leading hospitality group Accor, offers an attentive five-star experience that is considered at every touch point. From the moment guests enter their rooms, they will discover a haven of comfort and luxury. With soft blue hues and velvet blackout curtains, each of the 276 guestrooms and suites in the hotel tower features new beds, pillows, and bedding, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The soft refurbishment of all accommodation rooms includes updated furniture, amenities, and new carpets in both the rooms and hotel corridors.

Food enthusiasts will be delighted by Tapestry Bar & Grill, located on the lobby level of the hotel. Under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Johnny Roullier, the menu uses some of Aotearoa’s best ingredients, evolving with the seasons. Working with his team, Johnny has created inspiring dishes specialising in dry-aged beef and grill, which look beautiful and taste just as delicious.
