Australia’s first fully modular hotel will be built at Ascot near Perth’s domestic airport to cater for the massive FIFO market in WA. Developer Qube Hotels, part of the Quantum Hospitality Group, says modules for the 160-room have been built in China and will be shipped to Perth.
