Canadian Brookfield Group is selling the Novotel Wollongong Northbeach for an asking price of $48 million for the hotel south of Sydney.
Brookfield had put its entire Australian hotel portfolio up for sale by expressions of interest – this closed last month.
According to The Australian, Oscars Hotels is in exclusive due diligence to acquire the 204-room Novotel Wollongong Northbeach.
