Fantastic pool area dominates Adelaide’s tallest
Adelaide’s tallest residential building will bring some eastern seaboard style to Adelaide, according to Woods Bagot design leader Enzo Caroscio.
Mr Caroscio says the pool and recreation deck in the 27-level, 85m Vue on King William project, will be the centerpiece of a 775m² roof garden and recreation area on the sixth floor, will be up to 18m long. “Most apartment buildings put a pool and gym in leftover spaces,” Mr Caroscio says. “This puts the pool overlooking the city and out to the coast.”
Developers Asian Pacific Group and Starfish Developments to The City show the pool deck and the building’s impressive ground level frontage with its 8m-tall lobby. The pool deck will be on top of the building’s broad podium with a 21-level glass tower rising above it.
