Equestrian apartments underway ay Bundall
Work has started on The Waterford Apartments the Bundall equestrian precinct on the Gold Coast.
Subject to approvals, the $80 million development will cover six stable properties will provide 263 apartments on the northern side of the equestrian precinct. Developer Richard Matthews through Bluestone Project Management says The Waterford Apartments will involve four three and four-level buildings, all with lifts, and will be the biggest residential project undertaken in the equestrian precinct.
Stage one of Waterford Apartments will span a 3500m² site and have 68 units in one U-shaped building.
The Waterford Apartments would include a pool and gymnasium and there also would be a cafe for residents and basement parking for 264 vehicles.
