North Brisbane complex gets underway

Construction began last week on the new $50 million development of Quest Serviced Apartments and Cinqué Residential Apartments in Kelvin Grove and was marked by an official sod turning ceremony.

On site for the event were lord mayor Graham Quirk, Robert Cavallucci MP, general manager of locations for Quest Serviced Apartments, Andrew Weisz, Ben McCarthy and Brad Beh from EkkoPoint Properties, the project developer.

The Quest and Cinqué property is located at 41 Ramsgate Street in Kelvin Grove and is expected to open in June 2015. Quest Kelvin Grove will feature 85 apartments comprising of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments. On site will be a car park, conference room, gym, swimming pool and barbecue area.

Kelvin Grove is approximately 3km north of the Brisbane CBD, with the property located within 900m of the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and immediately adjacent to the Kelvin Grove Campus of the Queensland University of Technology. The Urban Village boasts a number of cafes, restaurants, shops, services and entertainment options, including the iconic La Boite Roundhouse Theatre.

Priced from $345,000, the 46 apartments of the Cinqué residential complex atop Quest Kelvin Grove will feature private one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, in addition to unique rooftop two-level loft apartments.
