Ramada brand expands on Gold Coast

Wyndham Hotel Group has announced the addition of Marina Quays International at Hope Island on Australia’s Gold Coast to the company’s expanding portfolio of Ramada properties.

The property is currently undergoing an extensive $2.5 million refurbishment and is scheduled to commence operation as Ramada Hotel Hope Harbour, Gold Coast in December this year. Owned by interests associated with Anthony Moreton Group and Pryde Group, the resort will be managed through Wyndham Hotel Group’s South East Asia and Pacific Rim operations, based on Queensland’s Gold Coast. It will become the second Ramada to open in the area over the past two years following the addition of Ramada Couran Cove Island Resort in July 2013.

The waterfront resort will feature 69 guest rooms, including nine suites, managed by Ramada, all offering stunning views across the adjoining Hope Harbour Marina.
