Coastal Victoria hotel for sale
One of Victoria’s most popular coastal pubs, the Lorne Hotel has been put up for sale for $20 million, including 4437m², a 300-seat beer garden, sports bar, bottle shop, function room, pokey machines a bistro and 13 rooms for accommodation.
Agent Scott Callow of CBRE Hotels, who is handling the Lorne Hotel sale with Cropley Commercial, said it was considered a “trophy asset” in the area. “There is opportunity to keep the existing hotel and further develop it, but it’s certainly seen as an iconic,” he said.
The freehold and business is selling through public expressions of interest, closing in February.
