Rockhampton Riverfront Complex Planned
Development partners Andrew Beaumont and Wayne Riddell have lodged an application with the Rockhampton Regional Council for another high rise residential apartment development onRockhampton’s riverfront.
The proposed eight-level complex, named Gallery Apartments, will consist of 68 residential apartments, with a restaurant on the podium level.
Mr Beaumont and Mr Riddell are also constructing The Empire, a $65 million riverfront apartment hotel that is nearing completion on Victoria Pde.
A separate development, Southbank on Victoria, will be completed by December.
