The move follows La Vie Hospitality Group’s recent entry into a Joint Venture with South Australia-based hospitality training school Alliance College which has campuses in Adelaide and Sydney’s Haymarket.

La Vie Hospitality Group, Founder and CEO, Jerry Xu, said it had always been his vision to build a full service, holistic hospitality company that adds value for owners at every step of the journey.

“It is a very proud moment for me to be taking this next step and launching La Vie Hospitality Group,” Mr Xu said.

“This is an exciting evolution of our business and we’re proud to be one of the first Australian hospitality groups to launch a fully integrated offering that provides a one stop shop for owners.

“Each of our affiliate business units has a diverse background across an unprecedented variety of sectors, offering expert knowledge and an innovative way of thinking.

“Providing solutions goes to the heart of what we do, and now, under La Vie Hospitality Group, we provide everything from managing hotels, hiring staff, procurement power and now education and subsequent staffing solutions, for our clients.”

La Vie Hospitality Group Managing Director, Craig Bond, said La Vie has long managed a diverse portfolio of companies, and having everything falling under the same umbrella will is intended to streamline the business.

“Our recent JV with Alliance College is particularly exciting for our group,” he said.

“As we all struggle with staffing solutions for hotels and resorts, we hope that by fostering the talent of tomorrow and building a network of highly trained hospitality professionals, we will help fill the gap – not only in our hotels but across the board.”
