“We are truly honoured to be recognised with these prestigious awards,” said Kane Robertson, Co-Owner of Quest Collingwood. “Our focus has been on building the business, delivering exceptional service to our guests, and supporting our local community. Winning these awards is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication to doing the basics really well.”

The recognition of Quest Collingwood not only highlights the success of the business but also marks a proud moment for the Collingwood community.

The team at Quest Collingwood has made it their mission to offer a personalised guest experience, with a strong emphasis on getting to know their guests and making their stays in Collingwood comfortable and memorable.

Ben Burns, Co-Owner of Quest Collingwood, emphasised the importance of their guest-centric approach: “Our team is at the front desk every day, getting to know our guests and ensuring their stays are enjoyable. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and that’s what we focus on. Some of our guests stay with us for a month or two, which is great as you really get to know them.”

Beyond its commitment to guest service, Quest Collingwood has also been an active participant in community initiatives. Recently, the business donated $5,000 to St Vincent’s Hospital to purchase new maternity chairs for the children’s ward, demonstrating its dedication to supporting local causes.

“We believe in being more than just a place to stay — we want to be an integral part of the community,” said Kane Robertson.

David Mansfield, Managing Director of The Ascott Limited, Australasia, acknowledged the significance of the conference and the achievements of the award winners. “Our annual conference is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our franchisees. We congratulate Quest Collingwood on this important recognition.”
