52-storey tower one of 3 for Perth
Developer EG Funds plans a $300 million triple-tower development – including a 52-storey skyscraper – on the former Megamart in Northbridge,Perth.
The first stage, the 150m tall Beaufort Tower, will be WA’s tallest residential building. That will be followed by the 27-level Stirling Tower (76m) and the 42-level Roe Tower (122m). on Stirling St, Construction is expected to start in late 2015, with the first tower completed by mid-2018.
The unamed complex will create 804 units and 144 serviced apartments.
The design is a collaboration between Fender Katsalidis Architectsand Hassell.
