Huge expansion planned for The Vintage
The Vintage resort in the Hunter Valley is looking at a $400 million major expansion.
The resort’s expansion plan now before the Cessnock council, includes 500 residential dwellings, 210 tourist units, a nine-hole golf course extension and more land for vineyards. More than $500 million had already been invested the Greg Norman-designed 18-hole golf course, two hotels and approval for 522 residential dwellings and 785 tourist units. Two award-winning hotels have already been built.
