In-room wellness redefined
One of the standout elements of this collaboration is the introduction of in-room Fluidform at Home sessions. Guests staying in any of the 192 rooms and suites at Capella Sydney can now enjoy six bespoke, 20-minute workout sessions, all filmed on-site and led by Fluidform founder, Kirsten King. The workouts target various body areas and include mobility and stretching routines, making it easy for guests to maintain their wellness regimen even while travelling.
In addition to the workouts, guests can book private, one-on-one consultations with Fluidform instructors, allowing for a truly personalised in-room wellness experience.
Luxurious spa and wellness dining
The collaboration extends beyond movement, with a range of wellness-focused amenities. At the hotel’s Auriga Spa, guests can indulge in a 90-minute Fluidform Rebalance Spa Treatment, designed by King to provide a holistic, therapeutic experience.
To complement these wellness offerings, a new in-room dining menu has been created in collaboration with Kirsten King. This menu features nutritious dishes that align with the wellness ethos of Capella Sydney, with highlights such as organic coconut yogurt with raspberry coulis and Alpine salmon with hiramasa kingfish sashimi.
Wellness membership for local residents
Beyond guests, Capella Sydney is also catering to local Sydney residents and corporate clients with an exclusive wellness membership. This membership offers unlimited access to the hotel’s wellness facilities, complimentary spa treatments, personal training sessions, and access to Fluidform at Home memberships. The two-tier membership is a first-of-its-kind offering for an urban hotel in Australia.
A new standard in luxury hospitality
Marc von Arnim, General Manager of Capella Sydney, spoke about the collaboration: “We are delighted to partner with Fluidform to bring an unparalleled level of wellness to our guests—making this the first initiative of its kind for an urban hotel in Australia.
This program, along with our new wellness membership, underscores our commitment to holistic health and elevates the guest experience, setting a new standard in luxury hospitality.”
Kirsten King, the founder of Fluidform, echoed the sentiment: “Travel should never compromise on health and wellbeing. Together, we have designed a holistic itinerary merging movement with recovery and nutrition, creating a sanctuary where guests can rejuvenate, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.”
Season of wellness package
To celebrate this partnership, Capella Sydney is offering a Season of Wellness package starting from $1,020 per night. The package includes overnight accommodation, a $200 Auriga Spa credit, daily breakfast for two at Brasserie 1930, exclusive access to The Living Room, non-alcoholic beverages from the personal bar, and Fluidform at Home workouts.
As the global wellness tourism market grows—estimated at AUD $950 billion—Capella Sydney is strategically positioning itself as a leader in integrated wellness experiences. This collaboration with Fluidform represents a significant step towards meeting the evolving needs of modern travellers seeking authentic wellness options.
