Thursday, August 29: The day begins with a Speed Meet session, ideal for networking, followed by a plenary session covering regional and global hotel performance and tourism outlooks, a CEO panel, and Global Perspectives. Breakout sessions explore ownership models, green building, acquisitions, renovations, tourism, and lifestyle and soft brands. The day ends with another bank of plenary sessions focused on the supply outlook, human potential, and diverse real estate portfolios, followed by a networking reception at the new W Sydney Rooftop Bar.
Friday, August 30: The final day includes discussions on operating models, the human element in ROI, and capital markets. The event closes with a plenary session discussing artificial intelligence’s impact on the hotel industry, a dealmaker roundup, a CEO panel and the announcement of the Development and Transaction of the Year Award recipients – honouring the companies responsible for the most influential hotel industry deal over the past year.
